You'll be responsible for reviewing applications, conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections, communicating with drivers via text, chat, and email, and ordering pre-employment background checks using our company software. If you're a self-motivated, tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility * Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided) * Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications * Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software * Maintaining accurate records and data entry * Collaborating with the team to resolve any issues or concerns **Experience** While experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service is preferred, it's not required. We're looking for individuals with a strong desire to help people and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you have an Associate's degree or above, that's a plus, but not a requirement. **Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Self-motivation and the ability to work independently * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks * Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications * Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote-friendly company, we offer the flexibility to work from home or our downtown San Diego office.
