If you are passionate about making a difference and want to be part of a company that is changing the world, join us! **Responsibilities** As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility * Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided) * Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications * Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of driver applications and onboarding status * Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless onboarding process **Experience** While experience is not required, we are looking for candidates with: * Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required) * 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service (preferred, not required) * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently * Excellent communication skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks * Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications **Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently * Excellent communication skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks * Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Work Environment and Culture** As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive team environment.
