About the Role We are currently seeking a Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team of game-changers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with customers from top brands in various industries, including tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and more. You will be responsible for managing inbound calls, emails, or live chats, identifying and assessing customers' needs, and building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats from customers Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Fluency in Dutch Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative A good level of English A strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills Strong written skills The ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace for everyone.
