Key Responsibilities Growing a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and continuously monitoring competitor efforts. Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations. Guiding sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve seller issues. Qualifications Essential Qualifications A Bachelor's degree is required. Perfect applicants should own 1 to 3 years of successful enterprise-class sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries. Demonstrated achievement in exceeding revenue objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach. Experience promoting nascent products/offering into new markets is strongly favored. Advanced communication and presentation skills, a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, and an ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be very enthusiastic about success and winning. Remarkable business judgment with strong written and oral communication skills. Advanced analytical abilities and quantitative skills. At ease with complex financial data and polished communication abilities, including speaking, writing, imparting, and negotiating. Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, comfortable with "hands-on" management of responsibilities, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities concurrently. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus. 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector is a plus. 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
