Job Overview This exciting opportunity is chartered with acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that drive new product selection, competitive pricing, and convenience to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing product selection gaps and executing go-to-market strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform and maximize our products' selection facet and customer base. As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, developing strategic relationships with sellers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Growing a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and continuously monitoring competitor efforts. Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations. Guiding dealers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help dealers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our company values and mission. The essential qualifications for this role include: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 1 to 3 years of successful enterprise-class sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries. Demonstrated achievement in exceeding income objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach. Experience promoting nascent products/offering into new markets is strongly favored. Advanced communication and presentation skills, a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, and an ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment. Remarkable business judgment with strong written and oral communication skills. Advanced analytical abilities and quantitative skills. Comfortable with complex financial data and polished communication abilities, including speaking, writing, imparting, and negotiating. Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, rapid-paced environment, with a "hands-on" management of responsibilities, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities concurrently. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: 2+ years of e-commerce experience. 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector. 3+ years of direct sales experience.
