Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Respond to customer service queries, such as order status inquiries, using templated messages via email, Amazon, live chat, and text message. Customer Communication: Send text messages to customers at 5:30 PM UK time advising them of multiple package deliveries using our SMS service. Review Management: Flag negative reviews, A to Z claims, and chargebacks, and add them to a spreadsheet across UK and EU markets. Other Opportunities: Depending on your level of experience, there is scope to expand your role to cover other aspects of the business, including the growth of Amazon and Shopify platforms. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Experience: Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platforms is a must. Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, are essential.
