You'll work within our clients' platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk, and we'll provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Handle customer support tickets in a timely and efficient manner, prioritizing quality and attention to detail Provide excellent customer service over the phone, email, Instagram, live chat, and other channels as required Work within client platforms, including ticketing systems, and participate in training sessions to enhance your skills Perform basic administrative tasks as needed, depending on the client's requirements Maintain a reliable internet connection to ensure seamless communication and productivity What We Look for in a Candidate: Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you'll need to possess excellent English language skills, which will be tested through writing samples that may be shared with our clients. While prior experience in customer-facing roles is not mandatory, it's highly desirable.
