About the Role As an E-Service Chat Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, representing our business unit to customers and business partners. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience with our company. This is a 100% remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a better work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Assist customers, contractors, and business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and electronic communication, adhering to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage. Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and contractors, ensuring that they understand our services and benefits. Follow up with customers, contractors, and business partners to ensure that customer service issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses to stay up-to-date with industry developments. May assume other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our team. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong skillset in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. The minimum requirements for this role include: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred. Computer literacy, with proficiency in using software applications and technology. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Attention to detail, with a focus on providing accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues. Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Preferred Skills While not required, the following skills and qualifications are preferred: Customer service experience and/or training, with a focus on providing exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
