Key Responsibilities Assist customers, contractors, and business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and electronic communication, adhering to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage. Follow up with customers, contractors, and business partners to ensure that customer service issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
