Our core values - Caring, Inclusive, and Courageous - guide everything we do, from developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to ensuring that each individual can be their authentic self. **Key Responsibilities** As an eCommerce Customer Development Manager - Home & Personal Care, you will be responsible for: * Working closely with cross-functional partners, including Retail Marketing, Digital Commerce, and Supply Chain, to develop and execute digital sales and marketing plans that drive business growth and enhance online performance * Managing the Home & Personal Care P&L, delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Net Sales, GTN, Profit, Market Share, and executional excellence * Owning all elements of eCommerce planning, including managing 7Ps, forecasting, and planning from beginning to end, both internally and externally * Mastering data analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate insights to inform strategic decision-making * Influencing cross-functional partners to ensure effective execution of search, content, and shopper marketing activities based on strong customer understanding * Working with blithequark's supply chain team to ensure products are always in stock and available online * Leading content implementation and partnering with the Omni Marketing team to identify content optimization opportunities * Liaising with Amazon's Strategic Account representative to drive key business opportunities **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's degree plus 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in Sales, Marketing, and eCommerce * Comfort with managing in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment * Analytical skills, with the ability to understand the business and develop reporting to support decision-making * Digital savvy and curious, with a strong understanding of eCommerce dynamics * Ability to understand systems, including Google Docs (Sheets, Slides, Docs) **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, experience in the following areas would be highly beneficial: * Sales, Marketing, and eCommerce * Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central (and/or prior Amazon experience) * Proactive, with a willingness to anticipate and resolve issues **Compensation and Benefits** As a salaried employee of blithequark, you can expect a competitive salary range of $94,000.00 - $133,000.00 USD, based on experience, qualifications, and location. You may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
