Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients. As a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, you will manage high-volume calls and emails in a consistently friendly and efficient manner. Your excellent time management skills and ability to work proactively will enable you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. Main Job Duties Manage and assign emails to ensure timely responses and resolution of customer inquiries Process invoices from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Deliver customer invoices and receive payments, handling credit card transactions with precision Enter tracking numbers into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and eCommerce websites, maintaining accurate records and facilitating seamless order tracking Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing exceptional service and support Provide verbal and email quotes to customers, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability, negotiating the best possible terms for our customers Process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment Keep track of backorders and follow up with vendors and customers regarding ship dates, providing proactive updates and resolutions Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with our financial policies Keep track of past-due invoices, following up with customers and resolving any outstanding issues in a professional and courteous manner Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce customer service and sales, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work Proactive work ethic and communication style, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team High-level organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines Friendly and patient demeanor, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in eCommerce software and a willingness to learn our proprietary systems Knowledge of industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment is a bonus, but not required Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation and adhere to our financial policies and procedures Require minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with a reliable and fast internet connection Familiarity with ERP systems and eCommerce platforms, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues and provide proactive solutions Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive salary: $22 - $24 per hour Two weeks of paid time off, plus all major holidays One-hour paid lunch break Annual raises and bonuses, based on performance and contributions to the company Health Insurance, with a range of options to suit your needs 401(k) matching, to help you plan for your future Paid parental leave, to support you and your family Work from home options, with the flexibility to balance your work and personal life Equipment provided, to ensure you have the tools and resources you need to succeed Our Culture and Values At blithequark, we pride ourselves on our family-owned values and commitment to excellence.
