Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving the content process for our assigned Landing page week and separate Worldwide Site Missions. Your primary objective will be to combine key social moments, anniversaries campaigns, seasonal storytelling, macro trends, data, and customer insights to tell a compelling, motivating story across our Landing page and create a seamless customer experience. You will also be responsible for identifying key stories and matching resources that can penetrate the Walmart environment across each of the 360-degree customer-facing touchpoints, including site, email, social, paid, and owned Promoting channels. Key Responsibilities Drive the comprehensive content strategy by combining key social moments, anniversaries campaigns, seasonal storytelling, macro trends, data, and customer insights to tell a strong, motivating story across our Landing page and Worldwide Site Missions. Identify key stories and match resources that can penetrate the Walmart environment across each of the 360-degree customer-facing touchpoints, including site, email, social, paid, and owned Promoting channels. Utilize data, reporting, and analytical insights to define objectives, measure achievement, and continuously refine our content mix and strategy. Become a valuable strategic partner to internal stakeholders, advising on and collaborating with different internal groups to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practices and leadership. Work with excellence, landing the basics, and creating and helping to scale efficiency and top-tier workflows, cycles, and schedules, instilling operational excellence into everything you do. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience in Business or a related field. Strong client focus, with a proven track record of building the right site experience for our customers. Creative and analytical, with the ability to comfortably use data to inform creative approach. Ability to set clear goals and performance measures. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary. Decisive, adaptable, and exhibits drive in a fast-paced environment with competing needs. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: 4 years of related experience in Creative, Editorial, or Content Marketing or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. Experience in a customer-centered e-commerce environment. Proven ability to drive influence through integrated, strong omni-channel messaging and visual storytelling. Strong understanding of how customers shop online and ability to design shopping experiences that drive customer engagement, trust, and purchases.
