Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Email and Chat Support Executive to join our Central Contact Center team at arenaflex. As an Email and Chat Support Executive, you will play a vital role in responding to client inquiries, analyzing their requirements, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities As an Email and Chat Support Executive at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Responding to client queries through email and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues Analyzing client requirements and identifying opportunities to improve their experience Taking ownership of client issues and resolving them on a priority basis, ensuring that all problems are addressed efficiently and professionally Demonstrating multi-tasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple client interactions simultaneously Utilizing good decision-making skills to resolve complex client issues and escalate problems when necessary Communicating effectively with clients, using good proficiency in English and other regional languages Working flexibly on a shift basis, including rotational day shifts, night shifts, and overnight shifts Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should have: At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role A graduation degree (10+3 years of diploma can also apply) Experience using help desk software and remote support tools An understanding of how CRM systems work Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Multi-tasking abilities and patience when handling tough cases Proficiency in English and other regional languages Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Freshers with strong customer focus and a willingness to learn Basic knowledge of computers, including MS Office Self-motivation and a good team player mentality Flexibility to work in any shifts, including rotational day shifts and night shifts Any customer service experience or BPO experience Skills and Competencies To succeed as an Email and Chat Support Executive at arenaflex, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Good decision-making skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using technology, including help desk software and remote support tools Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
