About the Role: Customer Service Agent - Night Shift We are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and we're looking for a talented and dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, or social media. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, or social media, resolving incidents and addressing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Manage and efficiently handle incoming calls and chats, ensuring high-quality communication with clients and resolving issues promptly. Utilize the right methods and tools to provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution, keeping records of customer interactions and processing customer accounts. Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, taking the extra mile to engage customers and provide personalized support. Collaborate with the Department of Operations on parallel tasks, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution. Work schedule: 00:00 am - 8:00 am with a 30-minute break, 5 days a week. About You: To succeed in this role, you should have: Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Previous experience using Zendesk or similar customer service software is preferred. High English level (oral and written) and fluency in Spanish or English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous tasks, with a solution-oriented and reliable approach. Incredibly detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. A passion for being part of a dynamic team in a growing company, with a willingness to learn, stay humble, and work nimbly. Candidates must reside in Spain, with a strong cultural fit and a commitment to diversity and inclusivity. Essential Qualifications: In addition to the above requirements, you should possess: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and a data-driven approach. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team. Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Previous experience working in a remote or home office environment. Knowledge of the entertainment or events industry, with a passion for live experiences. Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk. Certifications or training in customer service, such as CCNA or CSS.
