Job Overview We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team, providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers. As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities: Receive and respond to English inbound calls from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Place outbound calls to existing English clients and customers, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up on pending issues. Answer questions from English customers, forwarding messages to clients as necessary, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics, consistently striving to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients, staying up-to-date on new developments and initiatives. Essential Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Flexible availability, with a willingness to work varying shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, including evenings and weekends. English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and clients. Excellent listening skills, with the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections in a professional and courteous manner. Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced professional working environment. Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other productivity tools. Goal-oriented with professional work ethics, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and meeting performance targets. Previous Customer Service experience, with a minimum of 1 year preferred, although not essential for the right candidate. Preferred Qualifications: Leadership skills, with experience in leading or mentoring teams, although not essential for this role. Reliable transportation, although not required for this remote work opportunity. Experience working in a contact center or customer service environment, with knowledge of industry-specific software and technologies. Work-At-Home (WAH) Requirements: To be considered for this remote opportunity, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible). Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable). USB-connected Headset. Webcam. A quiet dedicated place to work free from distractions, including pets and children.
