Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, responding to inbound calls, and placing outbound calls to our valued clients and customers. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a competitive salary of $14.00 per hour. Key Responsibilities Receive and respond to English inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. Place outbound calls to existing English clients and customers, fostering strong relationships and providing tailored support to meet their needs. Answer questions from English customers, provide accurate information, and forward messages to clients as necessary, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail. Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics, consistently striving for excellence in customer service delivery. Maintain a working knowledge of blithequark's products, services, and promotions for our clients, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and offerings. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. You should be flexible, with open availability to work varying hours between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. As an English-speaking role, proficiency in English is essential, and you should be able to listen attentively, ask probing questions, and understand concerns to provide personalized support. Preferred Qualifications Previous Customer Service experience, with a minimum of 1 year preferred, although we welcome applications from talented individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team. Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and thrive in a fast-paced professional working environment. Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and a willingness to develop your technical skills. Goal-oriented with professional work ethics, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Reliable transportation is not required, as this is a remote opportunity, but you will need to have a dedicated workspace that meets our technical requirements. Technical Requirements for Remote Work To ensure that you can work efficiently and effectively from home, you will need to have the following technical setup: A PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible).
