Key Responsibilities Receive and respond to English inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner Place outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to provide support and resolve issues Answer questions from English customers and forward messages to clients in a timely and efficient manner Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics, consistently striving for excellence in customer service Maintain a working knowledge of blithequark's products, services, and promotions for our clients, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and offerings Required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment. You should be a strong listener, able to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objectives. A goal-oriented approach, professional work ethics, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office are also essential.
