The Role: Enterprise Customer Base Account Executive We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Base Account Executive to join our team. As a key player in our Customer Base sales team, you'll use your extensive experience and consultative selling skills to initiate and support sales of arenaflex solutions within our existing customer base. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell opportunities, and driving strategic add-on and renewal business. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, focusing on upselling via deal management Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment Drive strategic add-on and renewal business of arenaflex solutions within Medium Enterprise customers Coordinate cross-functionally with arenaflex's internal teams (pre-sales, digital, value & bid-management, marketing, technical, and sales support) About You: The Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you'll need to have: Essential Qualifications: At least 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position Experience negotiating deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities Experience building relationships with existing customers for add-on or incremental business Experience developing long-term account strategies with existing customers Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing longer deal cycles beyond 6 months, with large deal sizes Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry, staying up-to-date with trends and customer needs Experience leveraging and partnering with internal team members on account strategies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Our Approach to Flexible Work: Hybrid Work We believe in combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote work.
