Our team is no different, and we're looking for an experienced Enterprise Customer Base Account Executive to join us on this exciting journey. **About the Role** As an Enterprise Customer Base Account Executive at arenaflex, you'll play a key role in driving incremental add-on business into strategic named accounts. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, with a focus on upselling via deal management. You'll perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment. You'll also drive strategic add-on and renewal business of arenaflex solutions within Medium Enterprise customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, with a focus on upselling via deal management * Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment * Drive strategic add-on and renewal business of arenaflex solutions within Medium Enterprise customers * Coordinate cross-functionally with arenaflex's internal teams (pre-sales, digital, value & bid-management, marketing, technical, and sales support) **About You** We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Customer Base Account Executive who has a proven track record of success in selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position. You should have experience negotiating deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities and building relationships with existing customers for add-on or incremental business. You should also have experience in developing long-term account strategies with existing customers and managing longer deal cycles beyond 6 months, with large deal sizes. **Essential Qualifications** * ~8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position * Experience negotiating deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities * Experience building relationships with existing customers for add-on or incremental business * Experience in developing long-term account strategies with existing customers **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience managing longer deal cycles beyond 6 months, with large deal sizes * Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up to date with trends and customer needs * Experience leveraging and partnering with internal team members on account strategies * Excellent verbal and written communication skills **Our Approach to Flexible Work** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a flexible work environment that allows our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work.
