Job Summary As an experienced Enterprise Customer Engineer at blithequark, you will be responsible for guiding our top customers in understanding and incorporating AI accelerators into their universal cloud strategy. You will recommend migration paths, integration techniques, and application architectures that incorporate blithequark Cloud AI-optimized infrastructure. Your expertise in cloud infrastructure, device learning models, and technical presentations will be essential in delivering detailed discovery and planning sessions that are aligned with the customer's defined scope and success criteria. Your key responsibilities will include: Being a trusted advisor to our top customers, helping them understand and incorporate AI accelerators into their universal cloud strategy Demonstrating how blithequark Cloud is differentiated, highlighting the strength of accelerators by working with clients on proof-of-concepts, demonstrating features, optimizing model performance, profiling, and benchmarking Building repeatable assets to enable other clients and internal teams Influencing blithequark Cloud strategy at the intersection of infrastructure and AI/ML by advocating for corporate customer requirements Traveling to customer sites and events as needed Minimum Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's diploma in computer technology, mathematics, or an associated technical field, or equivalent practical experience 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure Experience in building and operationalizing device learning models Experience in delivering technical presentations while leading detailed discovery and planning sessions that are aligned with the customer's defined scope and success criteria Desired Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in training and fine-tuning large models (i.e., image, language, segmentation, recommendation, genomics) with accelerators Experience running MLPerf benchmarks Experience with performance profiling tools (i.e., Tensorflow profiler, PyTorch profiler, Tensorboard) Experience with distributed training and optimizing performance versus costs Designing/architecting large-scale infrastructure farms for professional AI use cases Ability to interact with C-level or senior business leaders and influence decisions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits The USA-based salary range for this full-time role is $125,000 - $250,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
