About the Role As an Enterprise Customer Engineer specializing in Infrastructure Modernization at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the needs of our customers and helping shape the future of how businesses of all sizes utilize technology to connect with customers, employees, and partners. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the adoption of our cloud infrastructure solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver enterprise-grade results. This position may be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus, or you may have the opportunity to work remotely from various locations across the United States. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to key customers, guiding them in understanding and leveraging arenaflex Cloud Infrastructure as part of their overall cloud strategy, including recommending migration paths, integration strategies, and architectural patterns. Demonstrate the differentiation and power of arenaflex Cloud Infrastructure by collaborating with customers on proof-of-concepts, feature demonstrations, model performance optimization, profiling, and benchmarking. Develop repeatable assets to enable other customers and internal teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization. Influence the direction of arenaflex Cloud Infrastructure products as a trusted representative for both customers and product teams, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of the market. Travel to customer sites and events as needed to provide on-site support, training, and consultation, fostering strong relationships with our clientele. Qualifications Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology. At least 2 years of experience in virtualization or cloud-native architectures in a customer-facing or support role, with a proven track record of delivering technical solutions and support to customers. Experience in performing technical presentations or public speaking, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, demonstrating a deep understanding of cloud computing, software development, and infrastructure architecture. Experience in architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable and secure distributed systems, with a focus on cloud-native applications and services. Experience with containers and associated technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, Serverless, and Microservices, with the ability to design and implement containerized solutions. Experience in understanding complex customers' existing software workloads and defining technical migration roadmaps to the cloud, reflecting specific customer needs and requirements.
