Introduction to the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in the Commercial and Institutional market at blithequark. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts to acquire and expand relationships across our entire portfolio. This role requires a strategic approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute Sales Strategies : Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the enterprise segment. This includes identifying key accounts, developing account plans, and establishing sales targets. Qualifications Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales. Strong understanding of the commercial and institutional markets, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. You should have a network of contacts and relationships within these markets.
