As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills, advance your career, and make a real difference in the lives of our members. **Responsibilities** As an entry-level Bank Teller/Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, handling cash transactions, and resolving member inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing thoughtful, efficient, and friendly service to members in person and over the phone * Handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and similar transactions * Maintaining accurate records and balancing cash drawers * Responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives * Maintaining a high degree of personal integrity and financial responsibility **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * High school diploma or equivalent required * Previous experience in customer service and cash handling required * Fluency in English required; proficiency in Spanish as a second language preferred * Strong computer, math, and communication skills * Positive attitude, sense of teamwork and cooperation, attention to detail, and high degree of personal integrity and financial responsibility * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Availability to work one Saturday morning every four weeks from 8:50 am-12:10 pm **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in the financial industry or a related field * Knowledge of financial products and services * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Work Environment and Culture** As a member of our team, you will be working in a professional, service-oriented environment that values collaboration, innovation, and member satisfaction.
