Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards. * **Schedule Appointments**: Schedule appointments and meetings for sales or service teams by contacting leads, maintaining calendars, and ensuring accurate communication of meeting details. Develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth. * **Booking and Coordination**: Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities. Provide expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to clients. * **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to deliver personalized experiences. * **Travel Advisory**: Offer expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and safety guidelines to provide informed recommendations. * **Problem Solving**: Handle any issues or concerns that arise during travel, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, and provide timely solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Experience**: Proven experience in a customer service role or within the travel industry. We're looking for candidates with a passion for travel, customer service, and technology. * **Skills**: Strong communication skills (verbal and written), excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in using travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
