About the Role We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Scheduling Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional scheduling and coordination services to our clients, ensuring seamless event planning and execution. Key Responsibilities Answer phones and emails, schedule and confirm appointments, and input customer data into company systems Organize workflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments Manage department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer instructions and established procedures Secure information by completing database backups Provide historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Key Skills Required Scheduling Professionalism, confidentiality, and organization Reporting skills Essential Qualifications We're looking for individuals who possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, event planning, business administration) is an asset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field Knowledge of scheduling software and systems Experience with database management and data entry Fluency in multiple languages Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we're committed to providing our team members with opportunities for growth and development.
