As a Traveling Customer Trainer, you will travel approximately 80% of the time, visiting customers at their dealership locations to install and convert our software. You will work closely with dealership management to understand their unique needs and customize our system to meet their requirements. You will participate in: * Department observations to gain a deeper understanding of our software and its applications * Classroom instruction to learn about our product and automotive dealership operations * On-the-job training with a mentor to develop hands-on experience and expertise * Opportunities to see our solutions in action by visiting car dealerships that already utilize our solutions on a daily basis **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Ability to travel 80% of the time * Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent communication skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years * Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing **Benefits:** We strive to offer an environment that provides our associates with the right balance between work and family.
