Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Epic Certified Op Time Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an Epic Certified Op Time Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing routine support and maintenance to current production and non-production applications, identifying and resolving complex data and system issues, and developing comprehensive test plans. Your expertise will be invaluable in communicating effectively with clients, negotiating changes, and assisting in prioritizing tasks. Key Responsibilities Provides routine support and maintenance to current production and non-production applications as assigned Identifies, analyzes, and resolves data and system issues of advanced complexity Gathers requirements, develops specifications, prepares, and reviews documentation Develops, validates, and executes comprehensive test plans Communicates effectively, negotiates changes, and assists in prioritizing tasks with clients May be considered the Subject Matter Expert in their area of application or domain Provides knowledge transfer and mentoring to team members as necessary Understands and complies with all enterprise and IS departmental information security policies, procedures, and standards Works with key project team members to define requirements, design the functional solution, identify and resolve project issues, and ensure the IT solution meets requirements Builds positive relationships with business operations, IT&S leadership, and vendors Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related healthcare field, or equivalent experience Relevant experience of 2-5 years within a healthcare environment Relevant Information Systems analyst experience of 3-5 years Able to establish and meet delivery dates Ability to manage multiple projects and issues, adjusting priorities as needed Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze issues, assess technical risks, and recommend sound solutions in a timely manner Adeptness to learn new assignments, technologies, and applications quickly and manage multiple assignments simultaneously Strong problem and issue resolution experience, with the ability to create quality deliverables Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Experience with Epic systems and applications Knowledge of healthcare operations and clinical workflows Familiarity with IT project management methodologies and tools Strong understanding of data analytics and reporting principles Key Success Attributes To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate: Integrity, passion, and ethics Strong collaboration and teamwork skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Initiative and drive for results and success Commitment to a team environment and company core values Well-developed written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including deep listening and attention to detail Ability to self-motivate and self-direct Strong time management and organizational skills Core Competencies We expect all our team members to demonstrate: A high level of integrity and ethical judgment Effective communication skills Consistency and reliability in their work Adherence to company standards and policies Career Growth and Development Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals Opportunities for career advancement and progression A collaborative and supportive team environment Work Environment and Company Culture We pride ourselves on our positive and inclusive company culture.
