Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Epic Certified Op Time Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an Epic Certified Op Time Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing routine support and maintenance to current production and non-production applications, identifying and resolving complex data and system issues, and developing comprehensive test plans. Your expertise will be invaluable in communicating effectively with clients, negotiating changes, and assisting in prioritizing tasks.
