About the Role We are seeking experienced and compassionate Evening and Weekend Therapists to join our team of licensed professionals. As a therapist with Equilibria, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, couples, adolescents, and children. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality therapy services to clients in the evenings and weekends, with a minimum of 8 appointments per week Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to support client growth and progress Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients Participate in regular consultation groups and evidence-based continuing education trainings to enhance your skills and knowledge Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our intuitive online scheduling and documentation system Essential Qualifications Master's degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy) Current Pennsylvania license as a Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW Minimum of 3 years of experience providing therapy services (and/or formal psychological assessments) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working in outpatient settings Strong background working with children, adolescents, families, and/or adults Flexibility to work some evenings and/or weekends Current credentialing with major insurers in the area Spanish fluency or proficiency in other languages Experience working with diverse populations, including Black, Indigenous, and People of Color Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Equilibria, we are committed to supporting the professional growth and development of our clinicians.
