Evening Customer Care Associate Role: Summary We're seeking an experienced Evening Customer Care Associate to join our team. As a Customer Care Associate, you'll play a vital role in providing guidance, direction, and support to our valued members. Key Responsibilities Answer a variety of incoming calls from members regarding their healthcare questions and other inquiries Build rapport with callers using a friendly, courteous, and professional manner Verify and collect demographics, updating systems as necessary Determine and execute the best resolution to assist members based on their needs or requests Connect members to appropriate areas both internally and externally Manage tasks with timely follow-up per policies, involving interaction with members, providers, insurance carriers, and other vendors Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management Your Success at blithequark As a work-from-home associate, you'll deliver a positive experience that solves members' needs and challenges. blithequark provides all necessary work equipment and a comprehensive new-employee training program to help you develop the knowledge and skills required for success in your role. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Minimum Requirements High School Degree or GED required Strong Communication skills Problem-solving/issue resolution skills Multitasking skills Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree with major coursework in business administration, liberal arts, public health, healthcare management, or a related field Customer Service experience, particularly in the healthcare industry What We Offer At blithequark, we're invested in your growth and well-being. Work Schedule This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position, working Monday to Friday with two available evening shifts: 1:00 to 9:30 pm EST 1:30 to 10:00 pm EST Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
