Job Overview Key Responsibilities Reviews customer cases, performs research and analysis to develop recommended strategies for process improvement and efficiencies Uses customer case data, observations, and reporting to gain a clear understanding of the customer's journey and identify areas for improvement Conducts research, interprets results, and translates findings into easy-to-understand reports or presentations for leadership Provides the leadership team with insights and recommendations for process improvements and strategies Works closely with the ECR leadership to develop and implement strategies based on recommendations Reviews customer cases, interprets the life cycle, provides root cause analysis, and makes recommendations for improvements Analyzes data for trends and patterns, developing actionable recommendations and reporting that are shared with key stakeholders Minimum Requirements High School or GED 1-2 Years of Contact Center Experience 2-3 Years of Customer Service Experience 1-2 Years of Experience in data analytics, performance reporting Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated experience in data validation Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools Demonstrated ability to create analytic designs and perform quantitative analysis Experience in analytics implementation Proven skill level in Excel, such as pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup, and dynamic charts Proven skill level in PowerPoint What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive compensation package, opportunities for career growth and development, and a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
