Job Overview As an Executive Recruiter (US Non-IT), you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and delivering top-tier candidates for job positions brought in by our Account Manager. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the Account Manager to understand client requirements and job specifications, ensuring a deep understanding of the client's needs and expectations. Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Careerbuilder, Monster, and other job boards, to attract and identify qualified candidates, leveraging your expertise in recruitment to find the best talent. Leverage social media platforms, professional networks, and industry-specific groups for candidate outreach and engagement, building a strong network of contacts and connections in the industry. Cultivate and maintain a network of candidate referrals and connections to expand the candidate pool, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles, providing timely and constructive feedback to candidates and clients. Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and provide timely feedback throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all parties involved. Manage candidate relationships, including communication, negotiation, and offer acceptance, building trust and rapport with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and maintaining the highest standards of data integrity. Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to candidate submissions, interviews, and placements, consistently delivering high-quality results and contributing to the success of the team. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, providing a solid foundation for a career in recruitment. 0-2 years of experience in US recruitment, within non-IT sectors, or a strong desire to learn and develop your skills in this area. Ability to learn fast, do sourcing and placing candidates in engineering, manufacturing, finance, or other mid-senior and executive-level positions, demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to learn. Ability to quickly adapt recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence candidates and clients, ensuring effective collaboration and successful outcomes. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating your self-motivation, discipline, and teamwork skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools preferred, although training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the role. Willingness to work during US EST business hours (5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST), ensuring you can effectively collaborate with clients and team members across different time zones. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a recruitment agency or in-house recruitment team, providing a deeper understanding of the recruitment process and the skills required to succeed in this role. Knowledge of US labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to best practices in recruitment. Experience with CRM software and other recruitment tools, enabling you to effectively manage candidate relationships and track recruitment metrics. Certifications in recruitment or a related field, such as the Certified Recruiter (CR) or the Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), demonstrating your commitment to professional development and excellence in recruitment.
