Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a Field Service Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our airline crew, ensuring their success, and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities Build positive relationships with leaders and airline crew members to maintain workforce engagement, responsibility, and adaptability. Manage the performance-based administration of large groups of airline crew members on KPIs such as safety, reliability, customer satisfaction, and finances. Promote health, wellness, a safe workplace, and safe work practices. Ensure and address Quality Assurance issues such as uniform compliance, overall performance, and customer satisfaction. Partner with base support staff, different departments, and internal/external partners to provide information and solutions for continuous improvements. Participate in leader flying program; includes on-board customer and employee engagement while supporting airline crew team. Proactively respond to and follow up on time-sensitive matters and competing needs requiring base communication, feedback, and/or input. Offer essential support to airline crew members before, during, and after flight departure. Act as a contact and support for assigned programs within the base and/or department. Communicate regularly with remote airline crew workforce from base location. Embody arenaflex's Principles of the Road and guiding principles. Practice health-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and methods. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The ability to handle multiple and changing needs in a high-speed and continually changing environment. Proven critical thinking skills in a high-stress, time-critical environment. Experience in coaching and delivering feedback for developmental purposes. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in the use of standard Microsoft Office applications. If not currently airline crew qualified, the ability to successfully complete initial airline crew training and maintain qualifications. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will give you an upper hand: Two years of experience in In-Flight Administration, three years of arenaflex experience, or external management experience. A four-year college degree. Working knowledge of internal arenaflex-specific applications.
