Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Conduct thorough research to provide accurate and helpful answers, resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner. Utilize your knowledge of financial products and services to educate customers, address their concerns, and provide personalized support. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of experience in the finance industry, with a strong understanding of financial products and services. At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support. Residence in Tennessee, with a reliable high-speed internet connection (> 40mbps) and a dedicated workspace for remote work. High school diploma or equivalent, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge, with a strong focus on customer education and support. Proficiency in computer applications, with excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
