Key Responsibilities Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their functional and business needs. Work closely with internal partners to identify process improvement opportunities and advance financial cycles, planning philosophies, systems, reports, and analyses. Act as the liaison between the FP&A and application development teams to enable transformation. Perform and support ad-hoc analysis, modeling, and projects on a case-by-case basis. Strive to continuously improve existing processes and innovate. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is preferred. 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance technology. A solid working knowledge of financial statements and a strong understanding of financial tools, data technologies, and data strategy. Excellent collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to take ownership of projects. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with OneStream/CPM tools, SQL, and Power BI is a plus.
