Key Responsibilities: Leading Classes and Inspiring Clients Teach up to 20 participants through the Pure Barre experience, ensuring a safe, engaging, and effective workout for all Plan and prepare diligently before each class, including studying choreography and class planning to deliver a high-quality experience Learn full choreography changes on a quarterly basis, staying up-to-date with the latest Pure Barre routines Maintain a tidy and organized studio, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients Demonstrate high-energy and enthusiasm throughout each class, inspiring clients to push themselves and achieve their fitness goals Build strong relationships with clients through outstanding customer service, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals Essential Qualifications: What We're Looking For Attended at least 20 Pure Barre classes, familiarizing yourself with our unique workout and teaching style Enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing personality, with a passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others Ability and desire to build client relationships through outstanding customer service, with a natural talent for communication and interpersonal skills Active lifestyle, already living a health-centered life, with a strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond Confidence to energetically command a room of 20 people, with a strong stage presence and ability to engage clients Musicality - ability to keep rhythm and count to the beat of music, with a background in dance, fitness, cheerleading, or barre concept (ideal but not required) Preferred Qualifications: Additional Assets Background in dance, fitness, cheerleading, or barre concept, with a strong foundation in movement and exercise science Previous teaching experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality fitness classes Certification in a related field, such as Pilates or yoga, with a demonstrated commitment to ongoing education and professional development What We Offer: Career Growth, Training, and Perks At Pure Barre, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
