Safety Demonstrations: Conduct pre-flight safety demonstrations and announcements. Cabin Maintenance: Monitor and maintain cabin cleanliness throughout the flight. Emergency Response: Assist passengers during emergencies, including evacuations and first aid situations. Professionalism and Hospitality: Uphold Delta Airlines' standards of professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality at all times. Essential Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
