As a Salesforce Engineer, you'll play a critical role in driving significant change for Channel Improvement, US Authorized Stores, and our Worldwide Authorized Stores. You'll be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing complex technology solutions that empower the adoption of vital drives and functional enhancements of blithequark's worldwide Salesforce organizations. With a focus on lifting the customer experience, you'll work collaboratively across different technical and business teams to expand the benefits of the Salesforce platform. **About the Role** As an Application Developer Lead, you'll be responsible for leading the development of high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Foundation, Security, Engineering, QA, and key Improvement groups, to reinforce and elevate the stage according to an innovation viewpoint. Your expertise in Salesforce B2B Trade, Dexterous, and DevOps will enable you to drive plans and arrangements through big business cycles and administration to guarantee consistent, secure, and acceptable arrangements. **Key Responsibilities** * Technical Planning and Execution + Participate in project initiation efforts by aiding the definition of task scope, identification of designated solutions, and project management in arranging, assessing, booking, prioritization, and asset allocation work out. + Contribute to the arrangement design process: requirements gathering and refinement, adds to practical design, and leads technical design and development. + Mitigate risk with models and evidence of ideas for complex issues as fitting. * Creates programming solutions for business issues. Use established design patterns and coding standards. * Builds arrangements that are secure, robust, adaptable, and available and proactively moderates against production support issues. * Uses coordinated delivery systems and participates in scrum teams in the execution of solution delivery projects. * Makes and keeps up with documentation supporting preparation, framework organization, arrangement, and functional cycles and strategies. * Shows framework capability and uses topic mastery to perform underlying driver investigation and survey issue patterns. * Facilitates issue resolution with vendors or potentially cross-functional groups. * Provides timely and exhaustive communication regarding status/goals with end-clients and other key partners. * Considers overall client technology experience in mindfully planning and engaging solutions. **Stage Stewardship** * Proactively participates in aiding to shape competitor solutions on the stage. * Assumes an imaginative part in the Stage Stewardship portfolio. * Adds to the vision, guide, and stage speculations expected to take our business answers to a higher level. * Recognizes, impacts, sells, and focuses on inventive stage open doors, as well as specialized obligation, with customary audits, making projects and answers to raise the level of the stage offering or remediate foundational functional issues. * Develops seller connections to comprehend and impact merchant item contributions and guides, further develops support commitment, and gains knowledge into innovation patterns. * Adds to the stage advancement local area by giving information, content, and input on plan designs, coding norms, and shared libraries. **Authority** * Provides project authority; starts, coordinates, and supports small to medium development efforts for a team of developers over a common code base. * Oversees delivery of different engineers in the group by laying out boundaries and directing expectations. * Addresses the Improvement Group when engaged with cross-functional groups, including utilitarian experts, Venture Management, Advancement, Engineering, Foundation, and the business client. * Arrange work with and impact others to acquire solutions and commonly pleasant results in complex and vague circumstances. * Mentors and guides other application engineers in acquiring new skills and innovations. * Shows leadership and boldness with conscious, articulate situations to impact basic innovation solutions. **Requirements** * 4+ years of significant IT experience * 3+ years of experience in Salesforce B2B Trade * 4+ years of experience and understanding of the Salesforce Platform and design, data models, business out-of-the-box features, and capabilities * 3+ years of experience in a Dexterous and DevOps climate * Sound knowledge of Salesforce B2B Business features and Salesforce community * Experience executing large-scale business solutions centered around Salesforce Trade arrangements * Experience coordinating Salesforce with various business systems as well as working with integration tools (ETL, NiFI, Mulesoft, etc.) * Development experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Parts (LWC) **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range of $25-$35/hour * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced professional looking to join a dynamic team, please submit your application through our website.
