If you have a passion for technology and a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Application Developer Lead at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * **Technical Planning and Execution**: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, identify requirements, and develop project plans. Assist in prioritizing tasks, allocating resources, and ensuring timely delivery. * **Design and Development**: Participate in the design and development of software solutions, including requirements gathering, design refinement, and technical planning. Lead the development of complex software applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and maintainable. * **Coding and Testing**: Write high-quality code that meets arenaflex's coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of software applications. * **Documentation and Knowledge Sharing**: Develop and maintain documentation to support training, system administration, and operational processes. Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to promote a culture of innovation and collaboration. * **Stage Stewardship**: Proactively participate in shaping competitor strategies on the platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation, ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and meets business requirements. * **Leadership and Mentorship**: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 4+ years of significant IT experience * 3+ years of experience in Salesforce B2B Trade * 4+ years of experience and understanding of the Salesforce platform, including data models, business out-of-the-box features, and capabilities * 3+ years of experience in a DevOps environment * Strong knowledge of Salesforce B2B Business features and the Salesforce community * Experience executing large-scale business solutions centered on Salesforce Trade arrangements * Experience integrating Salesforce with various business systems, as well as working with integration tools (ETL, NiFI, Mulesoft, etc.) * Development experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Parts (LWC) **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Experience with Agile development methodologies * Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and platforms * Experience with DevOps tools and practices * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Experience with project management tools and methodologies **What We Offer** As a Full Stack Application Developer Lead at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with a talented team, and develop your skills and expertise.
