Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Experienced Full Stack Application Support Executive - BackOffice: Coca Cola Industry Leader in Remote Work** to join our team. As a key member of our back-office support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our business applications, ensuring seamless operations, and driving strategic initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Key Responsibilities • Provide 24/7 support for back-office applications, including SAP, Concur, Ariba, SharePoint, and Portals • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high availability and continuity of services • Develop and implement proactive maintenance plans, software updates, and hardware upgrades to ensure optimal system performance • Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to drive business outcomes and strategic initiatives • Manage and optimize data master management, configuration, and administration within SAP, Concur, and Ariba • Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials to ensure knowledge sharing and standardization • Analyze and resolve root causes of technical issues, ensuring efficient and effective solutions • Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies, including SAP S/4HANA, Datalake, Data Factoring, RPA, and APIs • Manage service contracts, SLAs, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery • Measure and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements Essential Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 3-5 years of experience in back-office application support, with a focus on SAP, Concur, and Ariba • Strong technical skills, including SQL, ABAP, Java, and Mulesoft • Bilingual (English/Spanish) • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Master's degree in IT, Digital Transformation, or Cloud Computing • 5+ years of experience in back-office application development and integration • Experience with RPA, APIs, and data analytics • Familiarity with industry-specific solutions, such as ANAPLAN and ICM • ITIL or similar certification What We Offer As a remote employee with Workwarp, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunities for career growth and professional development • Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options • Collaborative and dynamic work environment • Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools • Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance Why Join Our Team?
