**Experienced Full Stack Associate Customer Care Coordinator, Medicare – Remote Customer Service and Healthcare Support**

Our 120,000 caregivers (all employees) are dedicated to serving the poor and vulnerable, and we are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. **Key Responsibilities** As an Associate Customer Care Coordinator, Medicare, you will be responsible for: * Serving as a member of a service team that supports multiple regions, providing Health Plan customers with outstanding, seamless service in a call center-based team environment. * Being the first line of communication with a variety of customers, including existing and potential members, providers, internal departments, and employers. * Providing detailed benefit quotes and reviewing eligibility and premium information on a broad portfolio of products. * Assisting members in selecting medical homes and primary care physicians. * Educating members and providers in the appropriate use of health plan and clinic services. * Researching and responding to claims and authorization inquiries. * Maintaining knowledge of complex custom networks. * Resolving customer issues and concerns. * Possessing a calm demeanor and ability to remain focused, professional, and utilize training to direct callers in crisis. **Training and Development** As a new hire, you will be required to attend onsite training for 3 days per week for 8-12 weeks. This training period may extend for a longer period of time based on performance. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
