Key Responsibilities Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone and chat, providing personalized support and solutions Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner Demonstrate high standards for quality service and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and procedures Work in tandem with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in our proprietary call center database Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email Develop relationships with clients, even in difficult situations, and provide advice and counsel in a quick and efficient manner Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with clear diction, tone, and knowledge of proper grammar Strong desire to be helpful and take ownership to resolve customer situations Positive outlook and enthusiastic attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service Ability to multitask, read, type, and navigate through applications while speaking to customers Computer literacy and internet savvy, with experience in Windows-based applications and client relationship management tools Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (English and Spanish) or willingness to learn Prior experience in customer service, troubleshooting, or a related field Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry Knowledge of e-commerce and online shopping platforms Skills and Competencies Agile thinking and problem-solving skills High energy and persistence, with a passion for delivering results Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement Training and Development We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure your success in this role.
