Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via phone to customers using bookkeeping and accounting software Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries related to software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other technical issues Utilize your bookkeeping and accounting expertise to provide solutions to customer problems Cross-sell relevant products and services while addressing customer concerns Take ownership of customer issues and provide confident resolution Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional tone Work independently in a remote setting, managing your own schedule and workload Essential Qualifications Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software Bookkeeping and accounting expertise, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other related areas Customer service experience, with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience working in a call center or customer support environment Familiarity with other accounting software applications Certification in bookkeeping or accounting, such as QuickBooks Certified User Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Customer-focused and results-driven approach Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
