You will be responsible for directing diagnostic procedures, providing proactive solutions, applying advanced software techniques, implementing solutions, and following up to ensure the effectiveness of solutions. You will also perform exceptional or unique programming tasks to building controls systems by adjusting or changing the building controls techniques, recognizing and responding to patterns with alerts, thaws, and work orders, and identifying and responding to manufacturer reviews. **Key Responsibilities** * Direct diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve complex issues, ensuring customer and partner safety and satisfaction while minimizing support costs * Provide proactive solutions to issues, applying advanced software techniques and implementing solutions to ensure effectiveness * Perform exceptional or unique programming tasks to building controls systems, adjusting or changing building controls techniques as needed * Recognize and respond to patterns with alerts, thaws, and work orders, and identify and respond to manufacturer reviews * Collaborate with teams in building execution and controls, utilizing and sharing assets, data, and tools to achieve business objectives * Determine customer needs and business requirements, planning and executing work tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results * Provide guidance, feedback, and support to ensure courses of action and work quality are achieved, demonstrating and helping others adapt to change or new challenges * Create, share, and implement processes and practices to address business issues, collaborating with leaders, colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders * Analyze and apply data from multiple sources, tracking progress and results * Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement * Participate in teams in building execution and controls, utilizing and sharing assets, data, and tools to achieve business objectives * Complete work tasks and needs in Building Execution and Controls, utilizing strategies, data, and assets to achieve results **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) * 2+ years of experience in building controls, data entry, or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders * Proficiency in software development, programming languages, and building controls systems * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on flexibility and adaptability **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) * 5+ years of experience in building controls, data entry, or a related field * Experience with building controls systems, software development, and programming languages * Certification in a relevant field (e.g., LEED AP, Certified Building Controls Professional) * Strong knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency principles and practices **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders * Proficiency in software development, programming languages, and building controls
