Join the Blithequark Team as a Business Analyst and Drive Data-Driven Decision Making Blithequark is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Decision Support and Backing team as part of the Blithequark Florida Choice Help Group. As a cross-functional role, you will liaise with other key capabilities, including Sales, Field Operations, Profit Growth Management (PGM), Finance, Enterprise Planning, and Marketing, to provide support for various activities, such as client engagement spend and investment, business solutions, supply chain, pricing, marketing ventures, and working capital. Job Summary As a Business Analyst at Blithequark, you will provide modeling and advanced analytical support to help the business make informed decisions. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing client programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing ventures, with a focus on assisting the business in making the next best decision. You will also investigate the performance of various pilot initiatives, maintain and update required tools, identify errors and inconsistencies, and provide solutions. Key Responsibilities: Pre- and post-examination of client programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing ventures, with an emphasis on assisting the business in making the next best decision. Investigate the performance of various pilot initiatives while following a testing framework (e.g., A/B Testing). Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models. Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions. Proactively search for trends and patterns in the data being evaluated to identify gaps or opportunities that the business needs to consider or address. Support the design and development of Blithequark Florida tools to improve financial targets, based on various switches from top-line to bottom-line, with continued development of value chain capabilities. Model business scenarios based on known data sets and business needs/requirements. Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed, and design executive summaries. Any other related and assigned duties. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations experience, with an emphasis on analysis, modeling, or forecasting. Management Consulting or Engineering experience highly preferred. Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLookups, and modeling capabilities. Strong data literacy. Data visualization via Tableau or Microsoft Power BI. Proficient in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of Profit and Loss Statement. Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects. Easily work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support various stakeholders. Strong change management skills. Ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability. Can demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth in total system benefit. Commitment to continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL. Statistical analysis using R or a similar tool. Knowledge of Edge Minder (Notable Interactive Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools. Knowledge of SharePoint. Functional understanding of selling, delivery, warehouse, and production processes. Project management or consulting experience.
