As a Business Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in defining and articulating business requirements, providing program/project planning and management, and driving change across multiple stakeholder groups. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement a systematic and data-driven approach to demand management analytics, centralizing and consolidating insights and facts to enhance business decision making. **Responsibilities** As a Business Product Analyst, your key responsibilities will include: * Ensuring that business priorities are visible, established, and communicated * Working with minimal management supervision to maintain progress and accomplish project goals * Building and leveraging solid working relationships with stakeholders * Demonstrating analytical, organizational, and planning skills * Knowledge of standard program and financial management techniques * Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines * Performing other duties as assigned * Working knowledge of data analytics tools and environments, including but not limited to PowerBi, SQL, and Azure **Skills and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools * Experience with data integration and business intelligence applications * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * QDM Certification is a plus * Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent * Minimum 2-5 years of equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Workwarp, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
