About the Role As a Chat Specialist at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in engaging with customers online, responding to their inquiries, and generating leads for our dealer clients. You will be the face of our organization, providing a world-class customer experience and representing our clients in a professional and friendly manner. Key Responsibilities: Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the automotive and recreational vehicle industries. Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our dealer clients. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, ensuring that you are always equipped to provide the best possible customer experience. Essential Qualifications: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds who share our passion for customer service. Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential, as well as a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical, as you will be interacting with customers online and providing a high level of service. A positive and professional demeanor is essential, as you will be representing Blithequark and our dealer clients. Preferred Qualifications: Gaming experience is helpful, as it demonstrates your ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other technology platforms is an asset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are preferred, as you will be working with customers to resolve their inquiries and provide solutions. Requirements: You must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. You must live within the state of Texas. You must have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions. You must be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
