As a member of our entrepreneurial team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of cloud computing and helping our customers achieve their goals. **About the Role** As an Experienced Full Stack Cloud Solutions Architect, you'll be responsible for collaborating with our sales and client engineering teams to drive business growth and success. Your expertise will be essential in determining staffing levels, preparing and training our client engineering team, and working with our sales team to identify and prioritize new business opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with sales and client engineering management to determine staffing levels, establish job requisitions, and lead interview teams to fill open positions. * Prepare, train, and equip the client engineering team to ensure they're well-prepared to execute in support of annualized business goals. * Work with Google Cloud sales team management to identify, qualify, and prioritize new business opportunities, and participate in periodic opportunity assessment meetings to provide insights on technical success. * Collaborate with the sales account team, customer support, product management, customer solutions, and engineering to resolve product issues affecting pre- and post-sales customer satisfaction. * Travel up to 30% of the time. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. * 2 years of experience working with a technical team in a cloud computing environment, or a similar customer-facing role. * Experience building or leveraging machine learning models and developing applications using AI frameworks and methods. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and tailor them for a given target audience. **Preferred Qualifications** * MBA or master's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. * Experience with touch center technologies and systems, and building conversational applications. * Experience with document and vision AI. * Experience serving in the capacity of a pre-income, client-facing discipline engineering manager. * Ability to combine deep technical knowledge with everyday language to provide a story that's memorable and useful. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, machine learning, and AI. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and tailor them for a given target audience. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Google Cloud, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
