As a remote Call Center Customer Account Specialist, you'll be part of a talented team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Account Specialist to join our remote call center team. As a key member of our customer experience-driven team, you'll be responsible for assessing customers' needs, suggesting products and services, adjusting billing, negotiating claims, and arranging product substitutions/returns.
