You will be the face of blithequark, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide friendly and professional service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner * Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements * Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers, ensuring that they have a seamless experience * Assist in product selection, suggesting alternatives and options where applicable * Make business transactions, manage money, and process payments with precision * Keep the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed correctly * Monitor product status and assist with returns and exchanges * Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service * Stay connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy * Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner * Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols **Essential Qualifications** * Previous sales or customer experience preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent customer service skills and friendly approachable behavior * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions * Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace * Flexible working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed * Knowledge of the products/services offered by blithequark is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Four-year degree or equivalent * Adaptability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Work environment adaptability: all-day shift requirements * American Express offers an excellent and diverse work environment.
