Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues related to bookings, cancellations, and service status. Provide information on Blithequark's services, policies, and procedures. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience. Stay informed about changes in policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Previous customer service experience preferred, particularly in a call center or related setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Proficient in using computers and various software applications. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry. Certification in customer service or a related field is a plus.
