With activities in over 40 countries, our representatives and cast members come together to create entertainment experiences that are both universally and personally loved. **The Immediate Channel Methodology and Actuation (DCS&A) Team** The DCS&A team is centered around delivering exceptional client experiences across engagement touchpoints by applying strategy, data, and tools to revitalize marketing. We lead direct channel procedure and buyer information choice for 1:1 marketing efforts and handle the sending of direct channel strategies. Our team achieves these capabilities with organizations within arenaflex, as well as with vendors and software/data providers. **Job Summary** As a Chief II in the DCS&A team, you will be responsible for driving the everyday administration and execution of direct channel campaigns. You will be considered a well-informed authority in the tools and data our team uses for activation and provide training and support to others in the group. You will lead partner meetings related to campaign activations for your lines of business. You will report to the DCS&A Partner Director. You will work in-office Monday - Thursday and be remote on Fridays. This position does not have direct reports. **Key Responsibilities** * 2+ years direct experience in SQL analyzing large datasets, performing queries, joins, investigating data issues, and approving audience segmentation * Experience interpreting technical details and data insights into compelling stories and mission visions for non-technical marketing partners, encouraging strategy through clear communication * 5+ years direct experience in campaign list selection cycles and mission sending capabilities * Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of complex data conditions, social data set philosophy, structures, and querying * Experience collaborating across organizational groups and showcasing exceptional interpersonal skills like influence, negotiation, and critical thinking * Experience with large associations and navigating ambiguity while maintaining clear independent direction * Ability to convey technical ideas to colleagues in a non-technical manner * Ability to work independently, investigate, and find efficiencies that can be applied across the group * Initiative capacity to train and support more junior colleagues * Vital attitude that permits you to apply relevant direct channel systems to all your work * Intense meticulousness with solid Client Acknowledgment Testing and quality confirmation inclination * Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Campaign Standard * Experience building complex marketing streams using multiple direct channels * Direct experience in Javascript, HTML, and CSS to conclude campaign sending of messages **You Will:** * Be a subject matter expert in the tools and data DCS&A uses for activation * Lead the everyday administration and execution of direct channel campaigns * Assemble and arrangement of highly complex streams * Work with groups with partners and within the team that are directly connected with activations * Perform QA of missions as needed * Monitor campaigns, ensuring they run as intended and educating partners regarding any issues * Investigate and resolve issues to goal * Provide training and support to others in the group * Foster extensive documentation in our team's tools and cycles to help with onboarding/preparing * Carry out channel procedures that drive mission and channel best practices/enhancements * Participate and lead exceptional tasks beyond activation **Education** Four-year certification or relevant experience **Advantages and Benefits** arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package to help you live your best life.
